After that, the parts will be heat treated for initial property. Then the parts will be pre machined. The next step is for through hardening to make sure the whole body is hardened for wearing property. And then the parts will be precisely machined to reach the final dimensional requirement. Finally induction hardening is carried out at the bore and bottom sections to obtain a further high wearing properties.. Application: As basic spare parts for the trenching chains both offshore and onshore.
